A dual degree allows undergraduate students at ITAM to do their first three years of their degree (75% of credits) at ITAM and join an authorized masters program for their fourth year (25% of remaining credits). This way, the student can obtain both degrees in a shorter period of time.

Masters Dual Degree with the University of Essex (England)

ITAM and the University of Essex have reached an agreement where students can obtain their bachelor's degree in Political Science from ITAM as well as a Master of Political Science, or Master of Political Economy from the University of Essex, in the span of four years. 

Becuase of our reputation and study plan, the University of Essex accepts our students at an earlier timeframe, and lets our students finish the last subjects for their ITAM bachelor's degree by taking classes from the University of Essex.
